Providing false information during registration, including falsifying your date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

To access the full range of cx88 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing financial transactions, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the cx88 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

cx88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other financial crimes. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed, and cx88 reserves the right to request verification documentation at any point during the lifecycle of an account.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

The following general rules apply to all cx88 betting activity:

• A bet is considered final and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the cx88 system. cx88 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of demonstrable platform error.

cx88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through cx88's responsible gaming tools.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or financial authority.

Upon permanent account closure, cx88 will return any verified real-money balance to the account holder via the original deposit method, net of any applicable bonus forfeitures, after completion of all outstanding KYC checks. cx88 is not obliged to return funds that are reasonably suspected to be the proceeds of fraud or other prohibited activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cx88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, system outages, or technical failures beyond cx88's reasonable control.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made by you in connection with the outcome of any bet, wager, or game.

cx88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your cx88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cx88 collects personal data for the purpose of operating the platform, processing financial transactions, fulfilling its KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, providing customer support, and, where you have consented, sending promotional communications. cx88 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where required for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy (such as payment processing partners) or where required by law.

cx88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cx88 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered account holders via the contact details associated with their account.

Your continued use of the cx88 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cx88 operates with the Bangladesh market as its primary target audience and applies its policies in a manner consistent with the relevant legal framework.

In the event of a dispute between you and cx88 arising out of your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through cx88's internal customer support process. cx88 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 2 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, both parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution options in good faith before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
